Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return.

Our products can be returned within 5 days of the original purchase of product. The product must not be used/worn or damaged. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the product with the receipt to: creative & Soulful Entertainment LLC, PO bx 347 South Fallsburg , NY 12779.
refund : CSE will process the refund due as soon as possible , as long as the product is not damage , used , worn and you have taken care of the product. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Creative&Soulful Entertainment LLC. CSE will attempt to process any refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
